pay attention
Dispersant The surface treatment of certain organic pigments will have an adverse effect on the effectiveness of the dispersant. In this case, try untreated pigments of the same type.
Application information
Anjeka 6030 has a very high cost performance, a suitable to replace the traditional dispersing wetting agent, can also be used to produce solvent-based low-resin universal pigment paste. Has the following advantages:
Reduce grinding time,
improve gloss,
prevent floating and blooming problems,
improve pigment tinting strength,

Recommended dosage
The amount of additives (purchased form) based on the pigment:
Inorganic pigments: 2%—5%
Organic pigments: 10%-30%
Carbon black: 10%-50%
The above data are empirical dosages, and the optimal dosage of a needs to be determined through a series of experiments.
Joining method and processing guidance
In order to obtain a good performance, it should be added when no pigment is added in the grinding stage. Do not add pigments before the additives are evenly mixed.
